The Practitioner Learning Path is designed for teams responsible for evaluating, implementing, supporting, governing, or improving AI-enabled workflows. This path is for the people who need to understand what is actually changing inside the work after AI enters the process.
This path combines The 12 Hidden Dynamics Core Content with the Hidden Dynamics Practitioner Field Guide to help teams move from general AI awareness to structured workflow analysis. The focus is not on whether an AI tool appears useful in isolation. The focus is on where AI enters the workflow, how outputs move downstream, where human judgment is used or displaced, where review and escalation may weaken, and what operational requirements are needed before the workflow can scale safely.
The Practitioner Learning Path teaches teams how to perform the AI Behavioral Impact Check (ABIC), identify active Hidden Dynamics, apply the 12 Rules of Thumb as operational checkpoints, recognize behavioral signals, and translate analysis findings into practical AI Operational Requirements.
Organizations may also add an AI Workflow Visibility Lab, a facilitated working session focused on one specific AI-influenced workflow, business process, or operational area.
